Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on target and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing teams and projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing construction budgets, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control measures;
  • Determining material, subcontractor, and labor requirements;
  • Supervising and training direct reports to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity;
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and resolving any issues that may arise during the project;
  • Collaborating with superintendents to address complex construction and code problems, as well as subcontractor relations issues;
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, including jobsite safety programs;
  • Investigating and resolving client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner;
  • Providing guidance to the General Manager on staff and project-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Regional travel (locally) to jobsites, approximately 50%+
  • Construction experience required, multi-family preferred
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in SmartSheets, ProCore, or Sage preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
