About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions. You will lead the development team to develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and maintenance of complex Salesforce applications with high performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
- Proficient in Salesforce architecture, Apex, workflow design, controllers, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, and Custom objects.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of major Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on experience with complex Apex code development.
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Communicates effectively with influence, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
