Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling items on/off the truck using a tail lift and electric pallet jack, delivering glass products in a 12-ton truck, managing inventory and stock deliveries, organizing dispatches and packing stock, loading and unloading windscreens as required, maintaining safe work practices in the warehouse, and minimizing broken glass through good handling processes and stock management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a tail lift and electric pallet jack to safely move items on/off the truck
  • Operate a 12-ton truck to deliver glass products to customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure efficient delivery operations
  • Organize and coordinate daily dispatches and stock movements
  • Loading and unloading windscreens where required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment inside and outside the warehouse
Requirements
  • A valid HR Driver's Licence is essential for this role
  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse logistics position would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with colleagues and customers
  • Fitness and ability to lift/pick glass products safely
