The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to shape our financial strategy, delivering forecasts, building advanced financial models, and supporting the budgeting process.
- Analyse market trends and financial data to set and refine business unit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and review budgets, highlighting variances and ensuring accuracy.
- Support quarterly forecasting and develop financial models to optimise decision-making.
- Assist with capital planning and investment analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Design dashboards and performance reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Govern and maintain FP&A data in financial systems, aligning with reporting requirements.
You are an analytical powerhouse with a passion for translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies. With advanced proficiency in tools like Power BI, you thrive in dynamic environments and love collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a large or complex organisation.
- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and systems integration.
- Exceptional communication, with the ability to present financial data clearly to leadership.
- A qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
- A structured, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
