Our team at the Kingston Centre is seeking a Patient Services Assistant to join us in providing exceptional care to our patients. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering great customer service and a strong work ethic.
This role will involve working in a dynamic environment, supporting our nursing staff and assisting with patient transfers, cleaning and meal preparation. You will be required to work collaboratively as part of a team, taking pride in your work and demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Certificate III Health Services Assistant qualification, previous experience as a patient services assistant and a high standard of demonstrated experience in customer service and/or patient services from a healthcare or hospitality environment. A Food Handlers Certificate - Level 1 is also desirable.
