You'll work closely with our broader Brand & Social Media Team to ensure you have the information needed to support customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for various issues and general enquiries across our social media channels.
  • Raise any potential brand and reputational risks.
  • Post in different social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Think creatively to provide tailored solutions for customers.
  • Elevate trending complaints and collaborate on finding solutions.
  • Follow verification processes for prompt complaint resolution and complex customer communications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive role model and team player who can adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with the world of social media and an understanding of different social channels.
  • Ability to multitask confidently using computer systems.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
