Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and participation in activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) and current Working with Children’s Check.

• Prior experience in long day-care is desirable but not essential.

• Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
