Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced Assistant Village Manager to join our leadership team at a multi-site hub in Western Australia. This is a hands-on management role where you'll spend time in the field directly with your teams, prioritizing effectively and handling multiple competing requirements.
About YouWe're looking for a seasoned FIFO Assistant Village Manager with highly developed management skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of remote site safety standards. You'll have experience in managing your own profit and loss, navigating service contracts, and delegating effectively.

We're looking for someone with:
- Village management experience at various levels, with a strong understanding of profit and loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rostering
- Outstanding leadership experience with the ability to build a strong, stable team
- A valid manual driver's license, a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, and the ability to obtain a WA Approved Manager's license
- Able to pass a medical and drug screen, with knowledge of rostering and time and attendance
- Strong computer literacy, able to pick up new systems quickly, and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
