We are seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver to join our team in Canberra North. As a Care Worker with KinCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly customers.
About the RoleThis casual position offers flexible work/life balance hours and shifts, allowing you to choose when you work best. You will be assisting our customers with daily tasks, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, and social support.
You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized care. This role requires a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is part of the job.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $36.18, plus superannuation, paid kilometers, phone allowance, and discounts on car maintenance. You will also receive free uniform and a shoe allowance, as well as extensive paid training and a culture of continuous learning.
