About the Role:

As a Dietitian, you will provide expert nutritional services to our elderly clients residing in residential Aged Care Homes. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

  • Develop comprehensive care plans, outlining specific goals, interventions, and review processes for each client
  • Collaborate with clients, their representatives, site management, and clinical staff to ensure seamless implementation of each client's plan
  • Provide targeted interventions, leveraging your expertise in nutrition and dietetics to drive positive outcomes
  • Regularly review client progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met
  • Conduct menu assessments where required, delivering high-quality reports that inform decision-making

Requirements:

A recognized tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics, current membership with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA), and Australian working rights are essential for this role.
