We are currently seeking a Production Team Member to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about treasure hunting and providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Description:**

This role involves accepting donations from charity partners, sorting items, pricing, grading and hanging product ready for the retail floor. A typical day will include:

  • Accepting donations on behalf of not-for-profit partners
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, sharing the Savers story to ensure excellent service
  • Sorting donations
  • Pricing, grading and hanging product so it's ready for the retail floor
  • Working with the team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting the safety culture


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A mix of availability for casual hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
  • A passion for celebrating uniqueness and diversity
