About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team in a key leadership position. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring the smooth operation of landscaping services, and maintaining high-quality work standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of landscapers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the landscaping service, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard, meeting customer expectations and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Horticulture Background: Possess a strong understanding of horticulture principles and practices, with experience in turf management and landscape maintenance.
