Job Title: Seasonal Retail Assistant

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll work across all our departments, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness. You'll be equipped with expert trainers for your initial onboarding and have access to our unique online learning platform for continuous growth.

As a Seasonal Retail Assistant, you'll be part of a close-knit team, working together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll be expected to multitask, think on your feet, and help customers discover the features and benefits of our loyalty program.

Some of the key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet
  • Passion for sharing beauty knowledge with your team and customers
  • Openness to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions
