Job Description

Senior Systems Engineer

The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing, integrating, and optimising complex systems for motor core production processes. This includes overseeing technical architecture, facilitating seamless integration across subsystems, and leading the design from initial concept to final deployment.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems that support the next and future generations of manufacturing operations, focusing on both technical and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, system architecture, and integration testing.
  • Proficiency in systems modelling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) and experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
  • Strong understanding of control systems, embedded systems, and data acquisition.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented, complex systems design.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
