About the Position:

  • Full-time hours, with potential consideration for part-time arrangement for the right candidate.
  • Analyze EWOV's case insights to identify potential systemic issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Carry out investigations into potential systemic issues and make recommendations for energy and water providers to take actions to resolve these issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level communication skills (verbal and written), with the proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of the Victorian energy and water sector, including knowledge of the regulatory/legislative framework or ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
  • Ability to communicate complex energy and water issues in plain English.
  • Experience in complaints, regulation and/or dispute resolution, including an understanding of the key principles of alternative dispute resolution and a sound working understanding of independence.
