Job Summary

A highly talented and motivated Physical Security Specialist is sought to collaborate with our data centre design team in developing the data centres of tomorrow, maximising the effectiveness of the physical security programme.

About the Role

The duties include designing and engineering extra-low voltage systems, working with the data centre architectural and engineering team to ensure security best practices are observed, drafting new systems into the design teams build plans, and coordinating with regional and local physical security leaders to understand the new building and security system designs, adhering to industry-approved standards.

  • Design and engineer low voltage systems.
  • Collaborate with the design teams using Blue Beam and other drafting technologies to produce designs in Revit/CAD.
  • Create specifications and scope of work documentation templates for local project managers to use for vendor bids.
  • Provide technical and design support for local physical security teams.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines in the design process of a new building (architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil).
