Role Overview: As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engage and supervise the children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
