The successful appointee will be a values-led leader with a strong understanding of governance principles and a proven track record in leading strategic planning, risk management, financial oversight, and organisational performance.
- Prior Board or Executive experience within the human services sector, ideally not-for-profit.
- Proven subject matter expertise across People & Culture, Legal, Technology, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of governance principles, including Australian not-for-profit law and regulations (AICD highly preferred).
