Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to join our high-calibre team, working closely with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes.

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience in Sewer Rising Mains, Gravity Mains, Spoil Management and contaminated material remediation is essential.
  • Past experience with Sydney Water is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience on large-scale projects with subcontractor management on a large package of works is essential.
  • Provide onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 4+ years' experience on infrastructure projects, preferably with major tier one or two contractors.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes.
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.
