About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dog Trainer to join our team at our Brisbane Pet Hotel in Eagle Farm, QLD. As a Dog Trainer, you will be responsible for providing brand consistency, delivering all program offerings, and maintaining operational standards within the Pet Hotel. You will work closely with pet owners to educate and engage them in our training programs, providing positive solutions and rewarding success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality dog training programs to pet owners, ensuring consistent quality outcomes and exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Training Team to maintain operational standards and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide education and support to pet owners, helping them to strengthen their bond with their dogs through fun and educational training.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Practical experience in a wide variety of dog training techniques and equipment.
  • Exceptional customer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
  • Completed or studying an accredited Dog Training or related qualification (e.g. Cert IV in Animal Behaviour & Training).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Current driver's licence and own car to travel to and from work.
