Senior Maintenance Technician
About the Role:The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of maintenance personnel in carrying out routine and reactive maintenance on water and sewer delivery and treatment infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining network, treatment, and ancillary assets within water and sewer distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate effective leadership and create a positive work environment
- Supervise teams to undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Provide quality assurance and fault finding services
- Ensure dedicated commitment to continuous health and safety improvement
The successful candidate will possess:
- Trade Certificate in a relevant mechanical discipline
- National Licence to perform High Risk work
- Experience on wastewater treatment plants and all equipment located within the plant
- Ability to upskill and undertake additional training for ongoing development
