Graduate Speech Pathologist Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate looking for a dynamic and supportive environment to launch your career as a speech pathologist? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team of allied health professionals.

Job Description:

Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in your role as a speech pathologist. You will work alongside experienced mentors and participate in comprehensive training and supervision to enhance your clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to drive positive outcomes for participants in their homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
  • Apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.
  • Build deep relationships with participants, helping them and their support networks create meaningful and sustainable change.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current (or pending) SPA Registration
  • Recently completed a degree in Speech Pathology
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings
