About the Role

The Cyber Security Transformation Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of major cybersecurity projects and initiatives within the Cybersecurity Portfolio Delivery team at Macquarie. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management expertise and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to prioritize project delivery and ensure alignment with the Cybersecurity strategy
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including program sponsors and team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery

Requirements

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced project manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will possess:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cybersecurity or a related field
• Recognized industry certifications, such as PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2
• Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
