We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive evidence-based decision-making processes as an Assistant Director Evidence-Based Practice.
About the RoleThis dynamic role requires expertise in research translation, policy implementation, and project coordination. You will be responsible for using your knowledge of evidence-based practice, knowledge translation, and implementation science to support projects and translate research into actions.
- Use your expertise to support projects that utilize evidence-based practice, knowledge translation, and implementation science.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-informed solutions.
- Develop resources to communicate research findings and present them to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects by providing expert advice on evidence-based practice and knowledge translation.
- Lead internal capability activities designed to support evidence-informed decision making, including online learning and community of practice.
- Maintain project records using research software or platforms.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Qualifications in disability, allied health, public health, or a related discipline (PhD or postgraduate qualifications preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practice and knowledge translation.
- Proven experience in leading internal capability activities and utilizing online learning and community of practice initiatives.
