Practice Partner Role
">Join our early learning community as a dedicated Practice Partner. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for coaching and advising early childhood educators on teaching and learning strategies to enhance the quality of care and education provided to children.
">- As a key member of our Centre Support Team, you will work closely with centre teams to develop and implement practice uplift initiatives that support the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences.">
- You will provide expert advice and coaching on all matters pertaining to quality Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) to ensure consistent and effective teaching and learning practices across our centres.">
- Collaborate with our Teaching and Learning team to identify, develop and implement key practice uplift initiatives and strategies to drive excellence in our services.">
Your Impact:
">As a Practice Partner, your impact will be significant. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of early childhood education in Australia by supporting the delivery of nationally consistent and targeted teaching and learning support.
">Key areas of focus include:
">- Providing on-demand, high-quality, consistent and effective advice and coaching support for teaching and learning for all children.">
- Working directly with selected centres to deliver their Quality Improvement Plan actions in a coaching and modelling capacity to build sustainable teaching and learning capabilities.">
- Maintaining currency and expert knowledge of relevant learning frameworks and Australian Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) practice.">
- Collaborating with cross-functional specialists to co-design, implement and monitor effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.">
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with Operations Teams to support safety outcomes for the region and across the state.">
What We're Looking For:
">We are seeking an experienced early childhood professional who possesses:
">- A Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.">
- Extensive and recent practice-based early childhood teacher education experience.">
- Strong understanding of the A&R process and the Exceeding Themes.">
- Experience in delivering high-quality training to centre-based teams.">
- Excellent communication, organisational, evaluation and team leadership skills.">
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and other state-based approved/recognised learning guidelines.">
