About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Compliance Support Specialist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in financial services, knowledge of laws and regulations, and business risks management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer inquiries are answered timely and efficiently.
  • Complete client data input and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Verify information and services provided to clients for accuracy.
  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate risk management reviews, including periodic checks on completed assignments.
  • Maintain and review company registers, such as authorized representatives, breach and complaints, conflicts of interest, monitoring and supervision, and risk management.
  • Coordinate and lead compliance meetings.
  • Lodge forms with regulatory bodies when required.
  • Review and recommend insurance content on the company website for compliance.

Requirements:

  • Preferred with 2 years' experience in financial services.
  • Degree qualified in business or law would be highly regarded.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
