As a skilled green space enhancer, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team to elevate the aesthetic appeal of various outdoor settings across South East Queensland.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in an outdoor environment, possesses a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

  • Operate diverse mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain and conduct regular inspections on equipment.
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard.
  • Complete service requests as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation, and mulching.
  • Valid manual driver's license.
  • White Card.
  • Highly regarded: working at heights, ACDC license, EWP, working with children.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
