Job Description
The Role encompasses managing key accounting and reporting functions for assigned corporate entities. This includes accurate and timely monthly accounting, maintaining and updating HFM Smart View reporting, and supporting the Financial Reporting Manager in preparing files for interim and annual ASC reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records for assigned corporate entities.
  • Develop and update financial reports to ensure stakeholders have timely access to relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Reporting Manager to prepare and submit interim and annual ASC reports.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in the Sims Business Unit and customers.
  • Contribute to group-wide accounting projects and initiatives, such as pension accounting and share equity transactions.

Requirements
  • Degree in Commerce or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and their application in management reporting and best practices in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
