About the Role
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team in Windsor, Brisbane. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, integrating, and maintaining high-quality software for our software products developed in C#.
The primary focus of this role is on the design and implementation of the UX/UI. You will work with a team to provide software engineering excellence within an iterative and incremental approach supported by agile engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality customer-focused solutions are achieved and maintained in a timely manner, with ongoing testing and test automation;
- Drive and collaborate the continuous improvement of process, code execution, and feature development;
- Actively participate in the identification and resolution of issues and provide support for our software products;
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and produce technical documentation;
- Initiate, influence, advise, and provide expert guidance on design and programming solutions associated with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex software systems.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline; or
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Software Engineering role;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and responsibly with minimum supervision;
- High self-motivation, with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work strongly within a tight-knit and high-performing team;
