We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our vibrant Bankstown team, where you will work alongside six other Occupational Therapists, speech therapists, a physiotherapist, and PBS practitioners in a fun and sociable environment.
Our team is dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our participants, working together to help each person achieve their goals and aspirations.
As an Occupational Therapist at our organization, you will have the opportunity to conduct meaningful assessments, design impactful therapy plans, and build enduring relationships with clients.
With a focus on innovation and collaboration, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that supports you every step of the way, providing guidance, supervision, and resources to ensure your success.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in professional development opportunities, including access to an extensive internal professional development schedule, a personal budget, and study leave.
- Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited registration may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Ideal role for Occupational Therapists with 1-4 years of experience.
