About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic WW Coach to join our team. As a WW Coach, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive community through facilitating workshops and coaching members to build healthy habits.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Workshop Facilitation
  • Deliver engaging and informative workshops on wellness and healthy habits.
  • Utilize facilitation skills to create a safe and supportive environment for members.
  • Encourage members to set and achieve their wellness goals.
Member Recruitment and Retention
  • Develop strong relationships with members to drive retention and recruitment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive member experience.
Product Sales and Promotion
  • Recommend WW products and services to members to support their wellness journeys.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective product promotion.
Community Involvement
  • Represent WW in local events and community activities.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote WW's mission and values.

Requirements

  2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  3. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  4. Strong Business Acumen and Sales Skills
