Embracing sustainability and shaping the future of transportation, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Management Coordinator.

We are at the forefront of developing mobility solutions that drive towards a low carbon world. Our diverse product portfolio encompasses high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, alongside integrated systems, customised services, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the V/Line Maintenance Project, ensuring the fleet is maintained, serviced, and repaired to the highest standard across various sites. As part of our team, you will provide vital support in managing the V/Line Maintenance safety system, focusing on Safe Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting gap analyses on current available Work Instructions and SWMS/JSAs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Auditing existing SWMS/JSAs to ensure their relevance and accuracy.
  • Developing new SWMS/JSAs as needed for tasks lacking documented procedures.
  • Training floor staff and supervisors across multiple sites on SWMS/JSAs and conducting Toolbox meetings as required.

You will be an integral part of our team, contributing your expertise in Rail Safety or operational industry background, risk management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Your ability to develop SWMS/JSAs, train employees, and provide effective communication and interpersonal skills will make you an invaluable asset.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend and become permanent. You will have the opportunity to work on a challenging project, impacting the safety and efficiency of our operations.
