In this dynamic role as a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be the face of Jo Malone London in our Myer Sydney City store. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, you will create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for every customer.

You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure the store meets the high standards of visual merchandising, while also driving sales and achieving customer service targets. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike will be key to your success in this role.

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing personalized and authentic advice on our products and services. You will be knowledgeable about our range of fragrances and skincare products, and be able to make recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.

In addition to your excellent customer service skills, you will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, handling cash and operating point-of-sale software with ease. Your experience in the retail industry, preferably within the beauty sector, will be highly valued in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including corporate discounts, paid parental leave, and access to training and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous retail industry/guest services experience (preferably within beauty)
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software (desirable)
