We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team in promoting the sport of tennis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

This role involves overseeing all marketing, digital, public relations, branding, production, and advertising activities to enhance the profile of Tennis in South Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content and marketing deliverables for key events, growing awareness of the event and participation in tennis.

They will also lead marketing for The Drive by developing ongoing growth strategies aligned with business objectives and delivering targeted advertising and marketing campaigns.

This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will also provide leadership and development for junior staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

  • About You:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications;
  • Possess strong presentation and communication skills in both one-on-one & group settings;
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and written skills;
  • Demonstrated competency in desktop publishing and design;
  • Proven experience in website administration and production of editorials;
  • Advanced competency in social media and digital marketing;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with this role.
