We are seeking a highly skilled Water Planner to join our team in Australia. As a Water Planner, you will play a critical role in delivering complex, large-scale water infrastructure projects that drive great outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project delivery and contributing to the growth and development of our Integrated Water Planning business.
  • Business development, including client engagement, proposal preparation, and bid management for clients across various sectors.
  • Proactive delivery of high-quality and timely water network planning solutions that prioritize flexibility, sustainability, optimization, integration, whole-of-lifecycle cost, and acceptable risk.
  • Review and verification of project outputs, including project deliverables, calculations, specifications, and reports.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and maintaining a high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated network planning experience, including the development and evaluation of options and proficiency in hydraulic network modeling of water and/or wastewater systems.
  • Understanding of current and potential future policy, practice, trends, technology, and information affecting water planning, including drivers, regulation, framework, and guidelines.
  • Proven track record in delivering large projects on time, within budget, and to outstanding quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing.
  • Client relationship and management skills and experience.
