You'll join a dedicated team as a Fixed Term Full-Time Teacher (fixed-term until December 2026) and play a vital role in fostering a nurturing, play-based learning experience for our young learners.

The position commences on October 13th.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll co-create a supportive, play-based learning space where each child, aged 6 weeks to 5 years, feels seen, heard and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging programs grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework, promoting children's leadership in their learning journey.
• Observe and respond to each child's strengths, supporting self-regulation, empathy, social skills and autonomy.
• Build positive, inclusive environments where children feel secure, valued and empowered to explore.
• Engage in ongoing reflection and collaboration, sharing insights and strategies within your team and across the wider network.

Requirements:

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved bachelor's degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
