A Casual Childcare Educator role is now available at Affinity Education, offering a chance to grow and instil a lifelong love of learning in children's first five years. Our goal is to help them realise their full potential.

We have multiple centres across the NT footprint, including Milestones Early Learning Palmerston, Darwin City, Leanyer, Wagaman, and Parap. As a Casual Educator, you will work with our team to deliver high-quality early education and care.

About You:
  • You hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • You are passionate about developing our little learners and creating a nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Earnings Potential:

The estimated hourly rate for this Casual Educator role is $25-$35 per hour, based on industry standards and qualifications required. With a typical shift lasting around 6-8 hours, your daily earnings could range from $150-$280, depending on your schedule and flexibility. This translates to approximately $4,000-$7,200 per month, assuming a 20-hour workweek.
