Are you a talented and ambitious actuary looking to take your career to the next level? Our 12-month graduate programme is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in the life insurance industry.
We develop actuarial graduates into well-rounded actuaries through our comprehensive training programme. You will work on a variety of projects across multiple teams, including Actuarial Product, Capital Management, Valuation Reporting, and Life Risk.
- Receive coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training from experienced professionals
- Be paired with a dedicated buddy to help you settle in and build connections within the team
- Have opportunities to engage with senior leaders and participate in cross-business projects
- Work in a collaborative, diverse, and supportive team environment
Your responsibilities will include working on pricing, valuation, forecasting, capital management, and market analysis tasks. To be eligible for this role, you must possess a relevant actuarial undergraduate or postgraduate degree and have a genuine desire to pursue a career as an actuary in life insurance.
