We are a publicly listed recruitment and consulting company seeking a skilled accountant/bookkeeper to manage our accounts payable, receivable and payroll function. This opportunity offers suitable candidates the chance to work 3-4 days per week on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Process payroll for contracting and permanent staff
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Provide general office administration support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MYOB
  • Experience with full payroll and AP/AR
  • Familiarity with financial reporting for public companies (ideal but not essential)
  • Office administration and management skills

We are looking for an individual with a 'can do' attitude to work within a relatively small team of high achievers. As a publicly listed company, we will offer the incumbent the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in reporting requirements for public companies. This position is ideal for someone who is willing to take on all tasks necessary to maintain accurate accounts and provide administrative support to management and the team. We offer a competitive hourly rate on a 3-4 day per week basis. A handover will be provided by the current incumbent.
