Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead our mechanical services team in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a large-scale data centre project with a value of circa $12m. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects from procurement through to commissioning and handover.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor program, budget, and quality outcomes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and review project reporting, variations, and financial tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering mechanical/HVAC projects over $5m mechanical value.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple project stages.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid technical understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems.
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
