About The Opportunity

  • Our client, a leading manufacturer in Coolum Beach, Australia, is seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the electrical systems of heavy vehicles and equipment function flawlessly. Some key responsibilities include:

  1. Install and integrate electrical harnesses and components
  2. Mentor and assist apprentices in skill development
  3. Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting on complex systems
  4. Assist in prototype development and building innovative machines

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A trade qualification as an Automotive Electrician or Electrical Fitter
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and diagnose faults
  • Experience with wiring looms, control panels, and basic hand tools
  • Passion for automotive technology and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The salary for this position is estimated at $44 + Superannuation + Overtime per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees for their skills and experience.

The successful candidate will have a passion for automotive technology and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be skilled in interpreting circuit diagrams and diagnosing faults, as well as having experience with wiring looms, control panels, and basic hand tools.
