AI Product Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Product Engineer to lead our Model Platform team. As a key partner to our Engineering Manager and executive leadership, you'll own the technical vision for all of our AI capabilities.

  • Define and drive the long-term architectural roadmap for the Model Platform, making foundational decisions that will scale for years to come.
  • Spearhead strategic initiatives, leading complex and ambiguous technical projects from concept to production.
  • Design and write elegant, highly scalable, and reliable code for the most critical parts of our platform.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the Model Platform, product leadership, and other engineering teams.
  • Architect novel LLM applications, setting the technical direction and driving the adoption of state-of-the-art AI frameworks.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience architecting, building, and shipping complex AI/ML platforms and products.
  • Recognized as a technical authority in Python, cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS), and distributed systems.
  • Profound understanding of the entire LLM ecosystem, from GPU-level optimisations to agentic systems and evaluation theory.
  • World-class communicator and strategist, capable of articulating a complex technical vision.
