Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for sales and a desire to work with a dynamic and growing company? We're seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team at The Grout Guy in Melbourne.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling regrouting services to homeowners in the North West Melbourne area. You will work closely with our VIC State Manager, Nick, to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and build relationships with potential customers
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to generate leads
  • Attend site visits to assess customer needs and provide quotes
  • Secure new clients and grow our customer base
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new initiatives and campaigns to increase lead flow
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 per annum, including a company vehicle and superannuation. You will also have the opportunity to earn commissions of up to $25,000 per annum. Our company culture is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
