Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Care Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Client Care Manager, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers, always providing exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for positive resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the team's processes and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensure prompt and accurate responses.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting healthy competition and cooperation.
  • Assist with additional tasks and duties as required and requested.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in dealing with challenging customer situations.
