Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced retail management professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. Based at our Levi's Highpoint store, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and creating a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store business strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking store performance and ensuring sales and performance goals are met.
  • Support the Store Manager in training and developing new and existing team members.
  • Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed.
  • Proactively resolve consumer concerns and partner with the Store Manager on elevated customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Extensive and progressive retail management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
