
Customer Service Administration Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to work in an administration capacity.
Your daily tasks will include processing customer orders and enquiries, performing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with nationally recognised Certificate III training.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email and in-person.
- Process customer orders and enquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in a call centre environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Solid computer skills, including Word and Excel.
