Trainee Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Workplace Skills Traineeship, ensuring all trainees receive the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.

• Supervise up to 10 trainees to complete their Work Skills Traineeship

To be successful in this position, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring and guiding individuals towards achieving their goals.

1. Deliver and facilitate programs that meet trainee needs
2. Undertake case management framework focusing on what's possible for the trainee
3. Respond to and deliver programs in accordance with contract guidelines, requirements, and legislation

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for specified program logistics, participant support, and liaising with RTOs and other relevant stakeholders
• Compile useful case notes and data
• Identify and recruit high-quality trainers, volunteers, and contributors
