Key Responsibilities
  1. First-Level Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer inquiries using standard work instructions and escalate complex issues to resolver groups.
  2. Service Management: Log and categorize customer interactions via phone, internet, email, or other authorized means using a standard Service Management tool.
  3. Communication: Provide clear, concise, and accurate advice to customers both orally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service or Service Desk role.
  • Qualifications: Relevant ICT qualification or certification and ITIL certification or basic understanding of ITIL.
  • Security Clearance: Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance required.
