We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • You will greet members, confirm vehicle information, and provide estimates for repair and maintenance services.
  • Your technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing will be valuable in this role.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome members, confirming vehicle details and providing accurate information about services and repairs.
  2. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance, keeping members informed throughout the process.
  3. Handle member concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
  4. Prepare and complete repair orders accurately, maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  5. Support the achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  6. Understand revenue and profit targets, contributing to their attainment through efficient administrative processes.
Requirements
  • A motivated customer service professional with solution-focused skills and a passion for delivering excellent results.
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing is highly desirable.
  • Sound administrative and clerical skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with colleagues and members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive work environment.
