We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly residents.
About this RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for passionate and committed nurses to deliver high-quality care to our clients, ensuring they receive the support and compassion they deserve.
As a leading nursing agency, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch care to aged care facilities, hospitals, NDIS participants, and Homecare recipients.
The ideal candidate will possess current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Responsibilities:- Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Health Assessments: Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions.
- Care Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
